Visitors!

This coming week I'll have my first visitors in a very long time! My cousin Heidi and friend Britta are coming up to Morocco from a visit to Cameroon. During our 6 day tour we'll be visiting the imperial city of Fez and staying at a riad, Dar Rbab, owned by a British ex-pat that comes highly recommended by other PCV's. After 2 nights in Fez we'll stay in Meknes for a night and make a day trip to the Roman ruins at Volubilis for some sightseeing. From Meknes we'll go north to the famed "blue city" of Chefchauen for another 2 nights. The guidebooks say Chefchaouen turns into a Spaniard/hippy-traveler getaway during the month of June and the center square turns into a big music festival each night which promises to be a good time! To wrap up the trip we'll spend a final night in my favorite city of Morocco, Rabat, for a night out on the town and hopefully a cool jazz club I know of will be open!
