Real World

It just dawned on me that since leaving Fes after swearing-in it has been over a month since I last took a real shower, used a western toilet, and the past week we've had nothing to eat but the sheep that we slaughtered. Even the bread we eat is cooked in grease extracted from the sheep fat and I wouldn't trade any second of it for the world!

Funny how after college I attempted to put off the "real world" by joining the Peace Corps and ended up finding the (real) real world
